Your First Look At 'Fantastic Four' Is Now Here!!

After months of secrecy and little to no footage nor pictures and details revealed, our first taste on Josh Trank's 'Fantastic Four' reboot is now here!

I'm still crossing my fingers that Trank and the team will deliver a good (and hopefully great) film with this. Based on this teaser, the tone that they're setting up is a perfect way to establish the characters and by not just treating them as jokes just like in the previous 'Fantastic Four' movies.

The talent involved is very impressive. Obviously there's Director Josh Trank, the guy responsible for the flawed yet excellent found-footage film 'Chronicle'; Miles Teller who is now an acclaimed movie star for his work on 'Whiplash'; 'Fruitvale Station's Michael B. Jordan and 'House of Cards' actress Kate Mara to name a few.

But the question now is will there be a possible cross-over with X-Men. Let's see, but for now i'm all geared up to see what the Fantastic Four are up to, and how will they hold up in the slew of comic book releases this year. Again, i'm crossing fingers on this one.

Jordan as Johnny Storm aka the Torch, Kate Mara as Sue Storm and Jamie Bell as Ben Grimm aka The Thing along with Toby Kebbel as the legendary villain Dr. Doom in the contemporary re-imagining of Marvel’s original and longest-running superhero team that centers on four young outsiders who teleport to an alternate and dangerous universe, which alters their physical form in shocking ways. Their lives irrevocably upended, the team must learn to harness their new abilities and work together to save Earth from a former friend turned enemy.

From 20th Century Fox comes “Fantastic Four” opens August 6 in the Philippines.
